They do not govern any order, development or sourcing work. That work is governed by the written agreement between NRM and the client or supplier concerned.

This website is operated by NRM Textile Lounge (“NRM”, “we”, “us”). NRM Textile Lounge is a sole proprietorship registered in Bangladesh, owned and operated by Mohammad Saifur Rahman. Its registered address is KA-193, Kuril Member Bari, Vatara, Dhaka 1229, Bangladesh, and its VAT Business Identification Number (BIN) is 000020885-0101.
Our office is at House 232/A, Road 16, 5th Floor, New DOHS, Mohakhali, Dhaka 1206, Bangladesh. Denim & Textile Sourcing Co. is a brand name under which NRM carries out its sourcing work; references to NRM include it.
2Using the website
You may use the website to learn about NRM and its work and to contact us. You must not:
- use the website in any way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, the servers it runs on or any connected system, or interfere with its operation;
- introduce viruses or other harmful material;
- copy or collect content from the website by automated means, or use any of its content, including its photographs and designs, to train or develop machine learning or artificial intelligence systems; or
- suggest that you are connected with, or endorsed by, NRM when you are not.
3Information on the website
3.1The website is for general information. The garments, washes, fabrics, figures and capabilities it shows illustrate our work. They are not an offer to supply any product, and a garment shown may not be available to order.
3.2No contract is formed by sending us an enquiry. Prices, quantities, specifications and lead times are agreed only in writing, for each order.
3.3We take care to keep the website accurate, but we do not promise that its content is complete or up to date, and you should not rely on it when making a commercial decision without confirming the details with us.
4Intellectual property
4.1The content of this website, including its text, photographs, illustrations, garment designs and sketches, and the NRM Textile Lounge and Denim & Textile Sourcing Co. names and logos, is owned by or licensed to NRM and protected by copyright, design and trade mark law.
4.2You may view the website and print or save a reasonable extract for your own business purposes in considering whether to work with us. Any other use, including copying, adapting or republishing content, needs our written permission.
4.3You must not reproduce, or have manufactured, any garment, wash, trim or design shown on the website.
4.4Logos of our clients and partners belong to their owners and appear only to identify businesses we work with.
5What you send us
5.1When you contact us through the website, you confirm that the information you give is accurate and that you are entitled to share it.
5.2Please do not send confidential designs, technical packs or other commercially sensitive material through the contact form. Until a confidentiality agreement is in place between us, we cannot treat material received through the website as confidential. We are glad to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share a brief.
5.3Sending us material does not transfer any rights in it to us.
6Links to other websites
Where the website links to other websites or services, including WhatsApp, the links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over those websites and are not responsible for their content or for any loss arising from your use of them.
7Availability
We may change, suspend or withdraw the website, or any part of it, at any time and without notice. We do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption or free of errors.

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the website, are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. The courts of Dhaka have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may bring proceedings in any country where you are based.
